WW1. 1914 star. Burrells. South Wales Borderers. trampling & striking with spear1914 Star, copy clasp (10168 Cpl. R. H. Burrell. S. Wales Bord.); Richard H. Burrell served in France from 13 August 1914 and was discharged wounded with a Silver War Badge on 17 August 1915. His medal index card shows his entitlement to a clasp and roses. This clasp appears to be a later copy but not a very recent addition, and is attached to a long original ribbon. Very fine.
