The Macabeo (45%) is from the Vicari vineyard in Sant Pau d'Ordal (planted in 1962); the Xarel lo (20%) is from the Mercader vineyard in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia (planted in 1974); and, the Parellada (35%) is from the Lola vineyard in Sant Joan de Mediona (planted in 1969. Following the traditional method of
