The constant movement of the liquid in the barrels ages the whiskey faster because the more of the liquid is in contact with the wood more often. The result is a spirit with rich and complex flavors. At 90 proof and a beautiful mahogany color, the palate expresses warm honey and a delicate hint of pepper. The finish is long with a touch of seasalt.
