2024 Gustinella Pomaro Rosato, Italy Jérôme Lefevre a bit of sulfur atThe first commercial release of Pomarooriginally made as an experiment in Gustinellas debut vintage and shared only privately until now. Sourced from a pergola trained, 6070 year old Grenache vineyard in Bronte, on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, this rosato is produced in minuscule quantity: just 280 bottles made. Grapes are hand harvested, pressed gently with minimal skin contact, and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel without temperature
