Sourced from 93 year old vines rooted in limestone and marly clay over sandstone, this is a wine of tension, depth, and mineral precision. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, aged 18 months in tank and bottle, and bottled unfined and unfiltered, it hums with citrus, white flowers, and a saline, almost electric finish.
