Antique Brick Red Bonda Beads, India yellow dated about 500 BCExtra long 38 42 inch strand of irregular brick brown glass beads from the Bondo Tribe of the state of Odisha (formerly Orissa), an eastern Indian state on the Bay of Bengal. These beads are about 200 years old! Average bead size is 2 2. 5mm, about a size 9 seed bead with a 1mm hole. The Bonda tribe is one of the oldest and most primitive in mainland India, their culture has changed little for more than a thousand years.
