2024 Kobayashi Marsanne - Roussanne, Washington, USA Berthaut-Gerbet 47 botanicals total76% Marsanne and 24% Roussanne from WeatherEye Vineyard, located at the top of Red Mountain in eastern Yakima Valley. The Rhone varieties Travis and Mario source from WeatherEye are ungrafted, single stake trained, and planted at high density on rocky, fractured basalt soils. The fruit was destemmed and cold soaked on skins (without fermentation) for roughly one week before barrel fermenting in cigar shaped 320L French oak barrels (30% new), then aged
