Moon Rabbit Round Side Plate DESIGN_Kinrande The teacup has a lidThis is a blue and white side plate crafted by Le Sanpei Kiln, designed to resemble the moon. Its speckled surface mimics cratered textures, while a delicate illustration of a rabbit playfully hopping across the plate brings a touch of whimsy and tradition. This design is created using a paper pattern in the shape of a rabbit, with gosu (pigment for painting) sprayed by blowing on the tip of a paintbrush to form the shape. This technique, called fuki
