2022 Max Deheimer 'Nice Guy' Rosé Rheinhessen, Germany Ovum it’s juicyGrapes: Portugieser and Silvaner with a bit of Pinot Noir Vineyard: 15 25 years old vines on limestone. Estate owned and farmed organically by Max&Marika themselves Making of: manual harvest. The Portugieser and Silvaner were direct pressed together. Native yeast only. Aged on lees for 9 months, in 2400l neutral barrels. The Pinot Noir part was added before bottling for a bit of extra pizzazz. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with a tiny addition of
