All of the fruit comes from Luiss hometown of Arnoia, where the soils are granitic, and the vineyards are steep and south facing. The wine is de stemmed, fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in steel vat, and then raised partly in 225 liter French oak barrels and partly in steel vat for 12 months, with earlier
