Benevy Art Frame Shop AEFA1 XEA4 This is a one-page coverThis is an original 1953 monochrome lithograph by Italian expatriate Louis Bosa which depicts several unusual uses for picture frames. Unsurprisingly, it was intended to promote the framing company of Herbert J. Benevy, which was located at 403 East 52nd Street in New York City during the mid 20th century. Many famous artists would visit him, and it was the experience of working there that African American expressionist painter Merton Simpson claimed
