and 20% Mourvedre co-fermented in qvevri (big terracotta amphorae) and macro bin

and a lingering finish

2023 Maison Glandien La Lumiere Blanc, Vin de France Hélène harvested by Seiichi’s teamThis is an extension from the Glandien which declassifies Tinos domaine fruit. Chardonnay here is from a densely planted 0. 5 ha parcel in Mercurey La Brigadire (massale selection; ~10,000 vines ha), farmed biodynamically with minuscule yields around 1015 hl ha. Whole clusters are foot tread and vertically pressed; fermentation is spontaneous, then 19 months on full lees in new 228 L Stockinger barrels, with only a light SO at bottling. 1 btl customer.
