This is a lovely blued example

The most notable aspect of this jacket is that it was painted by a local Japanese artist while the 511th PIR were on occupation duty during September 1945 in the Aomori Prefectures in Northern Honshu

with some wear around the fittings and buckles

and looks to have seen moderate use during its service life

It still has the original crown stiffener installed, so the sides have not sunken down over the years.
