This is an absolutely stunning Korean War Squadron baseball cap for VMGR 152, or Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 152. The cap has a great EGA stenciled onto the brim, a bullion set of Naval wings, and 152 in large white letters on the front. The cap is named to J. K. Navigator, which is likely his role and not his last name. VMGR 152 and ICHI GO NI (Japanese for 1 5 2) are also stitched onto the back in white.
