It's been their gift to the rest of us ever since. Goat Hill was a few signatures away from being bulldozed about ten years ago. Ashworth and a crew of San Diego locals stepped in, and now it's one of the most loved munis in the country. Short, walkable, full of character, and a few minutes from the Pacific.
