Large, Substantial Ball in Cage Carved Whimsy West Virginia postcard which features lines drawn inI realize it would be good, at least with some things, to include other objects in photos for scale which would be helpful in the case of this large whimsy, which feels more like modernist design object than whimsy carving. I would guess mid 20th century, with clean lines and substantial presence. There are some hatch marks on the ball, including what almost looks like a carved KH, as if it were meant for me to find it!:) 6 3 16" tall x 2 3 16" wide
