Antique Handmade Spice Chest with German Porcelain Labels in Original Paint charm There is an old repairedI love a spice chest as a form all those little drawers to stash things inside and all the better in old creamy white and black paint, with porcelain labels, in German I believe, mounted above each pull. (Kummel = caraway, muscat = nutmeg, etc.) Very tenderly constructed, and clearly well used, with a few of the pulls it appears having been replaced over time, resulting in a pleasing mish mosh.
