The other (MS 65 PL) was set to sell at a Heritage auction in 2004 (Part of the William P. Paul collection of PL coins), however it didn't make it to auction and I can find no further record of the coin. Several dates of Washington quarters come PL, but very few make it into TPG holders. The 1932 1964 have a total of 45 (with the 1947 S accounting for 22) Only the 1937 has fewer at 1 (that coin MS 66 PL
