Left receiver flat is stamped with a Crown over the Danish Royal Cypher over the mark M-1867

The raised panels were polished to bright steel with the back grounds being painted black

The rifle is also fitted with a nice reproduction Springfield Trapdoor / Krag rifle sling

The stitching is missing on the 4 inches nearest the two ends
