Always use natural ecological laundry soaps (we love Dr Bronners Liquid Castile Soap) so as not to damage the fibres and never use fabric softener on nappies because it clogs up the fibres and they can't absorb moisture effectively

The cuffs can be folded up easily if they seem too long at first but we found they soon shaped themselves to the child
