I believe whisk brooms/brushes of this sort of construction are generally referred to "turkey wing"--though the bristles on most are more angled

A little roughness around the edges original to their making and a little wear to the paint but in good shape and very sweet

though the hand and sensibility of their maker is very much present

and a fun one to wave around
