This is an excellent leather holster with a clear ink stamp date of 1934

just very scaled down

by means of two sets of canvas straps secured by metal quick-release friction buckles (one strap placed at the lower knee and one at the upper ankle)

and also an original M2 bolt

like their British counterparts
