This is a very nice World War Two Era 48 Star American Flag, in a nice displayable 31 x 56 size. The flag body is of multi piece cotton construction, with the stars printed on with a header and two grommets. There are no makers labels present. The flag does show some heavy wear, tearing along the bottom edges of the flag and a sizable hole near the header. Additionally, there is a grease stain on the canton. The flag
