On the underside of the cup is a patent date of Feb 23, 1897 and it must be lucky, as Feb 23 is the day the I found it! The lid pops off and the cup fully extends for filling! 2 9 16" in diameter; 7 8" t when closed, 2 3 4" when fully extended. Very good condition, with just light wear aging to
