One of a Kind. This is the uniform of Private First Class James Garland Clements, who served with Company E, Central Records Office, Army Service Corps in France during World War I. Clements uniform has a great example of the extremely scarce French made Central Records patch, with a bullion American eagle over a red white and blue shield on a black felt backing. The jacket has U. S. & Company E Collar discs, one overseas chevron, and
