I'm not entirely certain of its age but might think 1920-40s

Tears and stains as evident

some small chips and a few minor hairline cracks

Some stains along the edges but if matted fairly tightly

There are obvious losses to this super folky mosaic--mostly to the wooden beads that form a sort of halo around our woman at left
