The marks stamped on the bottom include "12-22"

And unusual in my experience for having the handle extend down from one side rather than the center. Great form, beautiful wear to the handle, sturdy and substantial, lovely. 7 1 4" x 3 1 8" x 3". Excellent antique condition.
