This is a very attractive German WWII era miniature bayonet knife patterned after the full size Seitengewehr 84 98 III used with the Karabiner 98k rifle. Measuring only 8 overall, it retains its nickel plated single edge blade, birds head pommel, checkered black grip plates, compact crossguard, and black enamel metal scabbard. The ricasso bears two separate German export or maker markings, including STOEKER GERMANY.
