Maker marked by Houghton Butcher Manufacturing Co, dated 1918 and broad arrow stamped. Stamped several times with red property stamp: H. Q. 9th Divisional Engineers Come with with seven tools as follows: Nickel plated screw top tube for pens or similar (6. 5"long). Three pairs of dividers and an
