Villa Dora, Caprettone Vesuvio, Campania Italy Pinot Blanc plus South Africa's own PinotageVilla Dora is a small estate on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, east of Naples, producing wines which elegantly and thrillingly express the unique grape varieties they grow and climate and volcanic soils of the region. This wine is made from Caprettone, one of the varieties used for the famous Lacrima Christi. Pressed and the fermented in stainless steel, then kept on lees for around nine months before bottling.
