Sculptural Much Weathered Old Lobster Trap Fragment single piece of wood carving This basket is in veryFound in Maine, as one might expect: I believe this is one side of an old lobster trap, to my eye very beautiful in its much weathered state, the wood looking as if has been lapped by the waves for many many years. Mortise and tenon corner joints, rust bleeds from the old iron nails, hand knotted twine netting. A found object sculpture and a line drawing in one, easily hung on the wall and casting great shadows. 22" x 12 3 4" x 2 1 4". Much weathered,
