I believe it is 1930s Zanesville (typically unmarked) though am not 100% certain

I believe these blocks were part of a larger boxed Color Cubes set

7 1/2" long x 3/4" wide x 9/16" deep

and is all the better for leaving us to imagine what it is this busy mouse is holding in its paws and furtively munching on

a rare and tremendously charming piece with a fantastic presence

A stitch or two on the nose I think have come loose, leaving a pink knot and loose end of the thread, which echoes the rightward glancing eyes. It's stuffed with batting or similar rather than beads or something heavy, and sits nicely perched on a shelf. Good condition, firmly stitched together, with
