MEDALLION BROGUE CHELSEA BOOTS / SHINKI HIKAKU HORSEBUTT BLACK socks manufactured in JapanJohn Lofgren Bootmaker Medallion Brogue Chelsea boots were developed by researching the originals created by J. Sparkes Hall in the 1800s, versions favored by American Congressmen in the 19th and early 20th century, to the versions worn by the Chelsea Set in southwest London in the 1950s. The latter is where the Chelsea boot derives its name. The JLB Medallion Brogue Chelsea boot uses the same last as our original Chelsea boots. These boots are
