The award document indicates that it was awarded to Gefreiter Heinrich Kopp of 3. (Flak.) Pz. Jg. Abt. 389 (Panzerjger Abteilung 389). It was awarded on 25. January 1944 for a single injury sustained on 13. 11. 1943. ; The award was given at Plauen i. V. It bears the stamp of the hospital
