Forever True, Little Romer & Co.Brass Heart-ish Shaped Lock (No Key) bottle cap but I might try toA second little lock today, this one, brass, heart shaped, and forever locked (no key, though probably wouldn't be too hard to pick!) I thought would make a sweet valentine for a true love. And small enough to string and wear as a pendant, too. 1 7 8" t x 1 1 8" w and in good antique condition, great patina to the old brass. Made by Romer & Co, c. late 19th century.
