CAR-REP Automotive Anti Rust Primer 400ml Grey Industrial Topcoats Used with the 3M PPSCar Rep Anti Rust primers are alkyd based, efficient anti corrosion primers designed for surfaces which are either already rusty or are prone to corrosion. The alkyd base compounds are quick drying, while full hardness is achieved in 7 days. During this long drying process the primer chemically reacts with oxygen, and as a result gives it superior anti corrosion properties. Car Rep Anti Rust primers must be overcoated wet on wet within 15 minutes
