Original U.S. Indian and Spanish American Wars M1878 Canteen 19th Century WW1 officer from an interestingOriginal Item: Only One Available. US M1878 Canteen with a tan canvas cover in good condition. There is a marking on the neck of the canteen, however there has been rust damage to the neck, so it is illegible. The canteen is complete with its original cork stopper secured a ring around the neck by a chain. The cork itself is shrunken and somewhat worn, but mostly intact. The leather shoulder strap is unfortunately missing, however one of the clips is
