This is a very nice early 20th Century French naval brass three draw telescope, which does not have any maker or other identification marks on it. Is does have the name C. WITT scratched into one of the fittings, but is otherwise clean, except that it has been wrapped with a chart displaying flags of the world. This would be quite useful when spotting ships from afar, to see which country they were sailing from.
