This is a wonderful example of an American MkII Pineapple grenade. This example is eye catching due to the areas of original paint including the original yellow painted band at the top. This example has been affixed with an M6A3 fuze with a mostly straight spoon, and from our research we believe these to be meant for a smoke grenade, so it is likely incorrect here.
