Missing the tip of an ear on one side

This really lovely seated terra-cotta woman with a terrific presence screams WPA era to me

I've not been able to find another sign like it

or even touch it up should that be a concern

or one clad in a better coat of paint than this green

It appears to have been cut down on the right end from a larger sign when I first saw it I assumed the "DENT" once read DENTIST, and may have, but the "REMOVED" on the reverse side suggests it could have be the sign if a car repair shop, and perhaps DENT was just DENTS.
