I am not sure when this one was made or who made it

This is a wonderful antique wood hand mirror with orginal bevelled glass mirror and a really lovely patina

with the original nails removed and a very dark brown stain added

and with very pretty pink backs

While most were surely made by young school girls, I have to think it was a mother or a teacher who made this one, as it's quite a thing! Our soldier's arm moves up and down, giving him some range: he might be ready to tip his hat, or to salute, or to wave hello or to have a rest. Pretty fun. 7 1 4" t x 3" w and in great condition.
