I though at first brass but with what looks rust visible in a few spots I think perhaps iron/mixed metal with a brass/bronze-like finish and verdigris

with tiny white speckling to the blue enamel that seems original/indigenous to the piece

The interior is smooth

was at some point cleaned/scraped down on the used side
