I always have an eye out for vintage DLM (Design Learning Materials) sets produced in the 60s and 70s for use in schools

Plus the perfectly round raised ring around the glass and perfectly flat handle, which makes me think a bit of a popsicle or lollipop on a stick, and also of shaker bevelled glass hand mirrors. A fun object, great for all sorts of displays and who can ever have too many magnifiers laying
