This is an extremely scarce piece of a horizontal stabilizer off of a Messerschmitt Me 262 Jet Fighter, measuring roughly 17 1 2" x 48 1 2. The piece still retains its data plate: Gert Nr: 262. 513 Werk Nr: 1672. 07o C The piece retains much of its original finish with some small areas of oxidation primarily at the ends. There is a large gash in the metal on one side as shown with another small spot with residue around
