M4 CASE on the blade side of hand guard for the desirable maker, W. R. Case & Sons Cutlery Co. of Bradford, PA.. On the underside of the guard is the U. S. Ordnance "Flaming Bomb", indicating WWII production. The blade is in good condition, showing light wear and sharpening, with
