The standard . 577 cal Snider Rifle from our Nepal cache purchase showing original British Victorian markings. Engraved with Crown over V. R. (For Victoria Regina), and "1856". This was presumably once an 1853 percussion rifle as the breech block is also marked "Snider Patent". IMA recovered very few VR marked Sniders from Nepal, so this is a rare opportunity. Offered in fully restored cleaned and complete condition!
