This is an extremely scarce pair of WWII era German toy tanks, possibly by Gama or O&M Hauer, with one tank having a toy trooper standing inside. Each tank has a likely functional windup engine with rotating lifting turret, working rubber chain wheels, etc. Neither example retains the key, so we cannot say with certainty that either is working. However, both are in great display condition with the lithos still well
