Hauts Jarrons has calcareous stony and sandy soils at 220 meters to 360 meters in altitude. The Pinot Noir grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for up to 4 weeks, and then the wine is matured in oak barrels for about 15 months. Tasting Notes A full bodied wine that is intensely fruity when young. It will develop for 8 to 12 years in the cellar.
