There appears to be one paint block missing but the rest have never been used

it is signed both on the face and on the back with what looks to be RGI or perhaps AGI

sometimes with birds flying overhead

and the ones I am drawn to are old hand-carved solid wood working decoys with great lines and minimal decoration

but the book itself is in very good shape
