Wonderful Presumed Antique Small Folk Art Watercolor of Woodwose (?) on Laid Paper woman in tutu skirt perhaps a bit like rummyOne of my very favorites of the week, which I take for a Woodwose (akin to Sasquatch Bigfoot) or some similar sort of mythical creature and a super endearing one! I found this watercolor on laid digging through a pile that included mostly earlier 19th century European ink and watercolor drawings, and while not completely certain I would guess that is from whence he came too, though he feels about as contemporary and immediate as it gets!
